Support

No sound

Make sure Sound is turned on in the Pangle Pangle menu. After returning from the background or unlocking your iPhone, touch the canvas once and swipe again.

No vibration

Turn on Vibration in the app menu. Vibration availability depends on the device and platform.

Tilt to shine does not move

Turn on Tilt to shine in the app menu and allow motion access when iOS asks. If access was previously denied, review the app's motion permission in iPhone Settings.

Cannot save an image

Choose Save image again and allow Pangle Pangle to add images to Photos. If permission was denied earlier, review Photos access for Pangle Pangle in iPhone Settings.

Artwork disappeared

The current canvas is stored on the device. Deleting the app, clearing browser site data, or resetting device storage can remove it. Use Save artwork if you want a separate file that can be opened again later.
